They are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support and oversee a wide range of recruitment activity from Apprenticeships to Executive hires.

Seeking to attract and retain talent, you will design and deliver our client’s recruitment and talent retention strategy, taking ownership of the recruitment life cycle. This will include managing job requisitions, candidate attraction, selection and onboarding.

You will help to attract new hires by identifying career development opportunities across the institution, which also benefit the professional development of existing employees. Maintaining and enhancing candidate and hiring manager recruitment and onboarding experiences, you will review processes and advise on changes to employment law and best practice to ensure diversity and inclusion are respected and complied with.

Additionally, you will:

• Effectively utilise traditional and social media advertising tools to attract good candidates
• Build strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team and hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs
• Maintain and monitor the recruitment budget for the organisation
• Oversee and manage the ATS and online recruitment pages, ensuring they are of a high-quality and effective
• Set up and manage a work placement, intern programme primarily aimed at underrepresented sectors

About You

To join our client as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will need:

• Demonstrable experience of leading recruitment campaigns and managing numerous campaigns simultaneously for a medium sized organisation
• Proven knowledge and experience of using ATS tools to manage recruitment campaigns
• Proven experience of identifying, implementing and seeking improvements to processes
• Significant experience of advising managers on recruitment and selection matters
• A good working knowledge of current employment law and best practice relevant to recruitment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience of establishing and managing relationships with external suppliers
• The ability to create reporting metrics, analyse and report on the data and make recommendations
• Highly competent using Microsoft tools and social media tools for recruitment campaigns

Previous experience in talent acquisition, ideally gained within a Membership or a similar not for profit sector organisation, would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of working directly within an HR department or team.
