IPG DXTRA is excited to be recruiting this NEW role in growing TA team! We are on the look-out for an awesome Talent Acquisition Specialist who has a genuine passion for TA to join our centralised team which have the pleasure to support a number of the IPG DXTRA brands.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity of working with multiple brands support the TA Managers working across the DXTRA group. They will manage the end to end recruitment autonomously in addition to strategically advising hiring managers on best practice on how to attract and engage with the best talent. But that’s not all, we would love for this person to add value and get involved in range of strategic projects from employer branding, platform implementation, training and DEI to name a few and further develop the practice and ensure we are always pushing ourselves to be/do better.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Will own the end-to-end recruitment process for UK hires from sign off to offer stage
• Grow and develop strong meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the business and seen as the subject matter expert for everything recruitment related
• Coach, support, advise and partner with leaders across the business in best practice
• Organize/schedule interviews as and when needed (via ATS)
• Create a meaningful and positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome
• Support TA managers in facilitating meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and client groups
• Analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
• Create innovative sourcing strategies ensuring we are sourcing of the highest quality talent across the business.
• Proactively build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market resourcing and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager needs in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Assist and lead projects in the development of our employer branding strategy, external candidate attraction, DEI and platforms that increase efficiency, strengthen candidate experience and help us engage with the best talent.

Ideal experience required:

• Proven experience of owning the end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience with the ability to effectively influence
• Excellent network ideally with experience in recruiting one or more of the following areas; digital, marketing, PR, communications, social media, analytics, creative or production
• Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
• Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organisational skills
• Strong direct resourcing skills and candidate centric recruitment
• Digitally savvy with experience using LinkedIn and social media to recruit and attract top talent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative who thrives when under pressure and ability to adapt in a changing environment
• Ability to think outside the box and solution approach to a situation
• Strong networking and technical recruiting skills i.e. Boolean
• Bonus have owned both perm/contract recruitment
