Weber Shandwick are excited to be growing the talent team and recruiting a senior HR professional to join the team. Reporting into the SVP HR, UK; this person will partner key stakeholders in the UK. Working with the leadership team you will execute a people strategy that aligns with business goals, supports its continued growth and development, enhances the culture and maximizes the experience for every employee within the business.

Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in a senior business partnering role
Broad experience across the talent and employee lifecycle; DEI, ER, Change Management, Employee Experience, performance development etc
Agility in working style – demonstrated ability to work against tight timelines, be nimble and to work collaboratively
Able to lead, manage upwards, be proactive with stakeholders & roll sleeves up to get involved in the detail if needed
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the capability to present and influence
Possess intellectual/emotional curiosity about culture and impact on human behaviour
Committed to the highest standards of work quality and elevating the department
Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach and develop others
Be an ambassador for the company, live the values of the wider business and take time to build useful relationships within the company group (IPG)
