The role of a Call Center Representative focuses around providing high quality service and customer satisfaction to consumers through various channels including live chat, phone, and email. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the consumer and is expected to build relationships that encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Oftentimes, you might be the very first person to officially greet a new customer on behalf of the organization. For that reason, we seek charismatic, out-going and friendly personalities regardless of your resume or work history.

Your responsibilities include:

Build and maintain relationships with clients
Review applications of potential clients
Develop attractive recruitment programs
Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings
Identify and implement techniques to improve employee motivation and engagement.
Coach a team of Representatives

The minimum requirements for this job are:

High School Diploma/GED (An undergraduate degree is preferred)
Minimum of 1 year experience working customer service/related field
Winning attitude, ability to work independently
Reliable communication and time management skills
Available to travel(optional)
