Position: Production Assembler (Full Time)

Position Overview

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, the Production Assembler helps to meet the build schedule of each deliverable item. Following drawings and testing procedures to ensure product is assembled correctly within deadlines.

Key Functions & Duties

· Read job orders and perform instructions satisfactorily

· Cut fabric, hand operation

· Assemble and measure panels

· Assemble specialized hardware onto fabric

· Pack into cartons and crates

· Move panels up to 75 lbs (with help)

· Ensure safety guidelines and regulations are being met

· Follow all work procedures and practices

Qualifications and Skills

· Completion of secondary school is required

· Perform basic mathematical calculations

· Ability to read a tape measure accurately

· Excellent hand-eye coordination

· Ability to change tasks quickly

· Experience operating a forklift is an asset

Must be able to reliably commute to our Brockville facility daily.
