WeatherGard Hiring for Sales Representative at Farmington, MI Full Time

WeatherGard is looking for the best people to represent our company and present our products to potential customers. We train our sales staff to be experts in the home improvement field with a special emphasis on energy efficiency and interior design, meaning when a WeatherGard salesperson comes for a visit, they can answer any conceivable question about our products and can offer a variety of options to improve the look and feel of the customers’ home. If you like talking about home improvement and hold yourself to the highest standards of personal integrity, we’re looking for you.

No experience is necessary but preferred, and we provide an extensive paid training period.

What is expected of you:

• Drive to appointments at potential customers’ homes
• Utilize pricing software on an iPad
• Provide excellent communication and follow-through to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business
• Is a team player
• Pays close attention to detail
• Has strong communication skills
• Can adapt to changing technology requirements
