Summary:

The mission of We Can Code IT is “Championing social equity through technology” with a vision of graduating 10,000 software developers with a minimum 70% underrepresented in tech by 2030.

The Assistant Director of Education position will work to support our Director of Education. Your main focus will be on student success, and retention through clerical support, analysis, and management of our current processes.

You will work collaboratively with our Career Advancement team, and assist with cultivating relationships in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Clerical functions and Data Support
• Responsible for Student Experience and Performance
• Coordinate with Education team and Career Advancement
• Retention management
• Student communication, tracking down missing students, etc.
• Assist teams with Community Resource Coordination as it relates to our program
• Manage IAPs, withdrawal and re-enrollment processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field

• JavaScript, Java, C#, and/or .NET coding experience, a plus.

• Familiar with learning management systems and adult education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
