We Are One Composites Inc Hiring for Evening Shift – Manufacturing Team Member at Kamloops, BC Full Time

The Opportunity:

We have current openings for our EVENING SHIFT (3:30 pm to 12 pm or 2:30 pm to 11 pm) manufacturing-based positions at We Are One Composites based in Kamloops, British Columbia. Our detail-oriented manufacturing process is where you will be a part of building carbon fibre bicycle components from scratch. We work an 8-hour Monday to Friday schedule on either a day or evening schedule. After 3-months of employment and subject to successful completion of training and probationary periods employees are eligible for our group benefits package and RRSP contribution match program.

You have:

• Manufacturing or bicycle maintenance experience is considered an asset

• A passion for riding bikes, and for being a part of the bike community

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, and a self-directed, curious, driven and reliable approach to your work

• High attention to detail and a desire for accuracy and repeatability. With an ability to read and follow detailed work instructions

• A mechanically-oriented mindset, ability to be delicate and use fine motor skills to work with small pieces

• The ability to work well with a team, and to be part of the We Are One community

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
