About the Talent Partner Opportunity:

This is an exciting brand new Talent Partner role for We Are Charlotte that will be based in Sydney. ing to our Head of Talent Advisory, you will work closely with a Sydney-based Senior People Partner, and collaborate with the wider Talent and People Advisory teams to drive talent acquisition strategies, through relationship management and project leadership. With your extensive recruitment experience, you will act as a trusted Advisor to your clients, supporting their growth and success by enabling high-quality hires through a variety of tailored Talent strategies and laying the strong foundations for effective talent attraction and retention.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Talent Partner, your responsibilities include effectively managing an allocated portfolio of clients, partnering and guiding them on Talent Acquisition best practices, and driving recruitment outcomes efficiently. You’ll develop solutions and advisory services to comprehensively address client Talent challenges, collaborating closely with internal teams for a seamless client, candidate and employee experience. You will utilise the We Are Charlotte tech stack that currently includes JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, XRef and CV Check. You will be dynamic and ambitious, and have an absolute passion for the work you do, and delivering high-quality work for your clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in both an internal talent acquisition team and a recruitment agency or consulting environment is integral
• Exposure to working across a range of disciplines and industries is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required
• An ability to develop unique and engaging Talent Acquisition campaigns to source great talent
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills are important along with a willingness to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience with a range of ATS software and systems is beneficial as we manage our own tech stack and also operate within our clients ecosystems and platforms

Your advanced recruitment expertise, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management skills will be crucial. You will contribute to data-driven decision-making, negotiation, and influence, along with effective project management and industry knowledge.
