We Are Charlotte Hiring for Sales Executive – Mining APAC at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Full Time

The Client

Our client, is in the Environmental technology sector, and has deep relationships with clients across Australia and other geographies.

The Role

Whilst the company works across various industries, this role has a dedicated focus on the Mining sector.

As you embark on this journey, you will work alongside a dedicated Customer Success Manager, harnessing your extensive network in the sector. Your role will include exploring the unique needs of prospective Mining customers, and offering them innovative solutions that will add value and solve challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accelerate Sales: Drive sales growth in the Mining sector, not only in Australia but across the entire APAC region where opportunities arise.
• Tailored Presentations: Create compelling client-specific sales presentations by delving into their individual environmental management plans.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans tailored to the mining industry, with a sharp focus on key clients within the region.
• Marketing Synergy: Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to execute a lead generation plan that hits the mark in achieving our targets.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is consistently delivered to our Mining clients within the region.
• Contract Negotiation: Master the art of negotiating and closing contracts that revolve around driving Annual Recurring Revenue.
• Best Practice Champion: Share and develop best practices with your team to continuously enhance the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
• Pipeline Management: Expertly manage the sales pipeline from inception to successful closure.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a self-starter, someone who not only adds value but goes above and beyond for customers and potential customers at each stage of the sales process.

While the marketing team is there to support, we need an energised individual with drive and enthusiasm, who understands the need to roll their sleeves up and create opportunities.

In addition to your passion and drive, we’re looking for demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• C-Suite Relationships: Proven experience in building relationships with senior and executive-level customer contacts.
• Fast-Paced Excellence: A track record of excelling in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
• Technical Acumen: The ability to understand, contribute to, and articulate technical solutions to prospective clients.
• Industry Insights: Ideally, you have prior experience in air quality management, dust mitigation systems, or noise and vibration systems.
• Salesforce Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
