Overview of the Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator will support the Clinical Education Manager in the development and administration of the clinical, process, and product trainings that support all Wayspring staff and specifically staff working within the SUD Home model.
Responsibilities of the Training Coordinator

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and gather resources
• Develop and design continuing education content utilizing didactic and interactive training methods; deliver training content via classroom, virtual, and blended training settings
• Manage additional continuing education opportunities including use of NAADAC certified trainings, LEARN Speaker Series invites, etc.
• Support Clinical Education Manager in development of additional clinical, process, and product trainings including client implementation trainings, role or market specific trainings, quarterly training events, and other ad hoc training needs.
• Develop and deliver the N2K Bulletin for staff to stay informed on
• Attendance at Clinical Leadership Huddles, Health Services team meetings, and other initiative meetings
• Act as clinical and training support for staff assisting with troubleshooting needs as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field requires, behavioral health preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development
• Experience working in behavioral health or substance use disorder field preferred
• Powerpoint experience required
• Experience using a Learning Management System preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
