We are family owned and operated Ready Mix Concrete company looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help foster our company brand. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy supporting the company’s growth goals, community recognition and employee recruitment and retention.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive Company recognition and growth.
• Create and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, search engine optimization, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and objectives.
• Assist in training and use of company CRM and Product Quote Tools.
• Create and maintain beneficial ing dashboards for both CRM and Product Quote tool.
• Develop a method to collecting and present industry data about trends in our various market segments.
• Manage and optimize the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
• Develop maintain all social media content, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and etc.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with human resources and other departments as we work toward our goal to become the Preferred Employer. Team member awards and recognition are important in building a successful team.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure the company is getting the most out of its marketing investments.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to raise the company’s profile and increase brand awareness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve in its marketing efforts
