In this role, you’ll be helping us behind logistics and operations ensuring a seamless cross-functional collaboration in our EU-wide projects with people impact.
This role will keep you on your toes, from managing communication with internal stakeholders, scheduling training sessions and supporting projects and events related to Culture as well as Diversity and Inclusion – you will be multi-tasking from the moment you walk in the door!

About the Team
EU immigration is the ultimate cross-functional team. Every day we work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure we are able to bring the best talent into different locations; both new and existing employees. We also liaise with our immigration vendor to ensure they are meeting their SLAs and ensure each case is handled with the care and consistency inline with our standards. We are the ambassadors of Wayfair’s culture, which prides itself on collaboration, innovation, and critical thinking. We focus on guiding Wayfair team members as they navigate moving themselves and their families across borders in the most efficient and compliant way.
What You’ll Do
Monitoring our email and ticketing system in regards to queries and questions
Preparing invitation and employment confirmation letters as applicable
Ensure our vendor management system is up to date
Process invoices and ensure timely payment through the system
Assist with ad hoc projects, and keep records and reports up to date
Other duties as assigned to you by your manager
What You’ll Need
Initial work experience, ideally in consultancy or other fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic project management knowledge
Strong skills in Gmail and the Google Suite would be an asset
Fluent written and verbal English
