The Employee (Talent) Relations Manager works as part of a Global Center of Excellence to provide vital support to our businesses in the UK and Ireland offering advice and guidance on all employee relations matters.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing team and to apply and grow your employee relations knowledge within a fast paced and complex environment.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a small team of Employee Relations specialists to

• Manage all medium to high risk employee relations cases to resolution
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to identify compliance and process improvements and to deliver the change required
• Deliver effective coaching and counseling resulting in a positive impact on business performance and preventing recurrence of issues.
• Mitigate business and company risk
• Create and review HR policies & procedures
• Identify trends in ER issues and work with relevant stakeholders to reduce these

What You’ll Need:

• Experience of working in an employee relations or HR advisory role
• Extensive knowledge of IE and UK labour law and best practice
• Prior experience in leadership, recruiting and building high performance teams
• Ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Experience coaching, consulting and advising employees and HR & business stakeholders
• Experience managing conflict resolution in the workplace
• A solution-oriented approach and the resilience to see things through to successful delivery
• Advanced analytical skills
• Proven ability to exercise good judgment
