Creative Content Director

Base Location: Birmingham and Home Based

Contract: Permanent Full Time

Salary : £30,000 – £35,000 plus Bonus and Employee Share Plan

In hiring a Creative Content Developer we are aiming to bring in a talented individual that can not only deliver in this role, but to contribute to the company’s long-term thinking and strategic direction, growing as an individual as the company rapidly expands.

We do not have a mandatory set of requirements, instead we focus on core skills, and cultural fit for our company, and we are looking for candidates who can evidence the ability to deliver:

• Ability to understand the brand, vision, and target demographic to create and develop company’s written content goals and strategies.

• Ability to research, prepare, write creative and compelling content for marketing and website, including blog posts, static copy, and video content as well as the technical aspects, such as SEO and HTML and CSS.

• Competent in analysing performance indicators, web traffic, and determining the effectiveness of created content.

• Excel in creating an editorial calendar to establish timeline on posting and selected distribution channels, including social media.

• You must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of different people to create effective content.

• It is important to note we are not looking for any copywriters. We are looking for a creative individual that can become the voice of the brand, translating our vision into compelling written content across all external touchpoint of the company.

This role has a salary range between £30,000-£35,000 annually depending on experience.
