We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant within our HR shared services team based at our head office in Leatherhead, providing administrative support to managers and employees of the Wates Group.
The HR Assistant’s role is to ensure all aspects of employee administration are completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. Strict confidentiality and discretion are fundamental to this role.
Previous experience as an HR Assistant, CIPD qualification (or part) and an interest in Human Resources would be great, but are main aim is to find someone who is enthusiastic, customer focused and highly motivated to be part of our successful and driven team.
This is a great time to join the team as they embark on some exciting initiatives that will help shape the HR shared services team going forward.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
