Role and Responsibilities As the result of continued growth in our business, we have an opening for a Logistics Coordinator.

ing to Guardian Equipment’s Customer Service Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will handle all aspects of the company’s outbound freight logistics.

This position will work closely with the production team and shipping team to make sure orders are scheduled accurately and shipped on time.

The Logistics Coordinator will also perform normal customer service tasks as required and as time permits. Specific responsibilities include : Scheduling LTL shipments and owning the order to make sure it ships on time.

Obtaining freight quotes and selecting the best carrier. File, track, and manage freight claims while working closely with the accounting team.

Organize correction fees and invoice customers as required. Manage international shipments and commercial documents. Process incoming customer orders and other customer service tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Candidate should possess the following qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.

Experience in a logistics role, preferably with a manufacturer. Proficient in MS Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record of success in school and work environments. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Compensation We offer an excellent salary and benefits package, including : Great salary and bonus, depending on level of skill and experience.
