waters medical solution Hiring for Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a Medical Scribe to join our team in the the internal medicine departments. As a Medical Scribe, you will be responsible for documenting patient encounters in real-time, allowing physicians to focus on patient care.

Duties:
– As a medical scribe you are responsible for accurately documenting patient’s history, physical exam, and procedures performed
– Document the physician’s orders and prescriptions
– Enter orders into the electronic medical record (EMR) system
– Assist with coordination of tests and procedures ordered by the physician
– Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

Skills:
– Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
– Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy preferred but not required
– Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Completion of Medical Scribe training program preferred but not required
– Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
