Overview:
Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, FTC to join our HR Team on a fixed term basis. You will work with the business leaders and HR Partners in achieving reourcing objectives. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Europe, you will drive results and impact the bottom-line by providing insight, creativity and innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to fill those assigned positions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end recruiting for aprox 25-30 positions including sourcing, attracting, assessing and hiring active and passive candidates across Europe.
- Be the advocator of promoting and driving inclusion and diversity in talent acquisition and work with hiring managers to create diverse candidate pipeline in order to achieve recruitment diverse slate requirement.
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources to assure te market and a talent pipeline.
- Schedule and pre-screen candidates through phone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers based on the provided job description and culture fit.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
- Partner with hiring manager from role briefing to offer stage, providing advice based on market insights, advising on candidate suitability and recomending appropriate assessment approaches.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting for commercial positions in an inhouse role is highly preferred.
- Experienced, confident and proactive Talent Acquisition professional with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience in screening/interviewing candidates.
- Successful track record of achieving targets and other KPIs as defined.
- Self-starter with a great work ethic and collaborative mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to tell the company’s story in a way that speaks to a job seeker’s motivation, career goals, and interests.
