Our Product Support (PS) team is growing and needs a versatile technical specialist with outstanding

customer service skills and aptitude for engineering and construction installations.

Your diverse work, which is a mix of design, customer service and parts processing, starts during the sales

cycle. You make sure project designs are technically accurate, you help answer questions about

installation of playgrounds, waterparks and site amenities, and provide after sales support and trouble

shooting to customers. You’ll also be working alongside our engineering team on product testing, which

may be the most fun part of your job, as it sometimes requires you to get doused on the test pad here in

Kelowna

Sounds like a multi-talented magician? Well, we are looking for a unique blend of customer service

excellence, unmatched communication skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with everyone

from sales professionals to municipal representatives, technical competence and decisiveness,

organizational ability and a commitment to safety. This could be your first job out of post secondary

mechanical or civil engineering “school”, or maybe you have a few years of experience as an installer and

servicer for playgrounds and parks. As long as you’ve got a genuine interest in manufacturing, we’ll be sure

you’re trained on the construction, assembly, and installation of our products.

If your career experience to date includes success in finding solutions, conveying technical information to

non-technical audiences, and imparting knowledge to others through formal and informal training, we’d

love to hear from you. Bonus points if you know your way around a construction site and are more than

familiar with irrigation and/or automation systems. You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and know

enough about CRM and ERP to be dangerous (or create parts quotes and orders and conduct project

troubleshooting).
