Your demonstration of organization/time-management skills, along with your personal and ethical behavior, is of paramount importance in this position. We are busy, but a fun place to work. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will field a high volume of calls and emails consistently and respond with your speedy data entry, excellent call quality, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.
Location: 30 Cooper Road Rosslyn, Thunder Bay
Key tasks:
Serve as single point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing)
Schedule waste/recycling services, as requested
Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer
Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
Work closely with AR to resolve customer short pay issues and correct account information so billing is accurate
Respond to customer inquiries – via phone and email and resolve customer billing problems through account corrections
Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
Requirements:
2-3 years of customer service/billing experience
Accurate data entry skills and customer service skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRUX, ARES is an asset
Written and Oral communication skills
Critical and logical thinking skills
