We are currently recruiting for a Licensing Office Supervisor (LSR3) with amazing customer service skills and reliable work ethic to add to our Port Townsend Licensing Services Office!
Our Licensing Offices live our purpose of “Helping every Washington resident live, work, drive and thrive.” every day. They conduct driving skills tests, authenticate identity documents through on-line verification, conduct face-to-face interviews with applicants to validate their identity and consistently provide friendly and helpful customer service to the public with enthusiasm and a smile.

Duties
As the Office Supervisor, you will have the unique opportunity for independent work and also to provide leadership for a part-time Licensing Services Representative (LSR2), ensuring a culture of respect and belonging. Using your excellent customer service skills, you will work to assist customers with their driver licensing needs. You will be instrumental in the making sure the office is efficient and effective, positively impacting your community.

What you will bring:
One (1) year of experience as a Licensing Services Representative 2 (LSR2)
OR a combination of education and/or direct customer service work experience providing product/services to the general public totaling five (5) years.
