Washington County Human Resources is seeking a skilled communicator and innovator to join our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Solutions (HRBS) teams. This hybrid position will primarily serve as a member of the Talent Acquisition team to help Washington County recruit and retain a skilled and diverse workforce. Additionally, the Human Resources Analyst will support the HRBS team with program initiatives and technology solutions and provide guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be innovative and creative, seeking improved recruitment and HRBS solutions. They will demonstrate a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. The HR Analyst will have experience with full-cycle recruitment and maintaining HRBS and applicant tracking systems (experience in NEOGOV is preferred, but not required). They will be a leader in communication and customer support – multi-lingual skills are preferred, but not required.

A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
An associate degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Social Science, Business Administration, or other related degree program from an accredited institution of higher education AND two (2) years of professional level human resources experience related to the position. OR
Selection Process:
1. A minimum qualification (MQ) screening of submitted applications will be performed by Human Resources after October 25, 2021.
2. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) Panel will perform an in-depth evaluation of experience and training taken from your employment application materials to include responses to the supplemental questions in the application. This process will begin after November 1, 2021.
3. Our goal is to schedule oral panel interviews with candidates that successfully pass the Subject Matter Expert Review step as soon as feasibly possible.
