About You

You will enjoy working in supportive team environment, have a passion for providing excellent recruitment services and be a born networker. With a positive, can do attitude you build credibility quickly and are good at maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. With previous experience in recruitment, you will hit the ground running and be able to work autonomously in a high volume, fast paced environment. You’re great at prioritising which enables you to be flexible and adaptable in a changing and growing organisation.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to shine when connecting with job seekers and managers. You are proactive, focused and energetic; and know that you will fit perfectly into our Warrigal team.

As Warrigal’s Recruitment Officer you will:

• Maintain the Warrigal Way through attracting and choosing the right candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to; job briefs, advert writing, selection of advertising channels, short-listing, scheduling and facilitating phone and face to face interviews, reference checks, immigration checks, coordinating inductions, collection of mandatory compliance documentation and contract offers.
• Develop creative recruitment campaigns across social media platforms which support both attraction and brand awareness.
• Proactively source applicants using existing and contemporary tools.
• Maintain the integrity of the recruitment process and other internal systems and have a high attention to detail.
• Monitor the employment market and build networks to link up with potential job seekers.
• Work within the Microsoft Office suit with proficiency.
