About the role:
You will provide excellent customer service in the delivery of laundry and personal clothing services to our customers at Shell Cove in a manner that supports customer choice.
This position is a casual opportunity.
To be successful you will need:

• Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
• Ability to connect with and help others
• Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and find the ‘yes’
• Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
• Well developed interpersonal and written communication skills
