About the role:

In this position you will be the operational support to the business working across diverse tasks in the Finance team.

The key functions include maintaining and updating financial records for residents and customers and assisting with the efficient operation of the accounts payable and purchasing teams. It also involves accurate and timely processing of large volumes of transactions according to strict schedules and is a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in a finance related role
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of ERP/accounting systems
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work as an effective team member
• Ability to establish excellent working relationships with a broad cross section of internal and external customers
