About the role:
In this role you will provide operational support to the business working across diverse tasks in the Finance team.
Key functions include maintaining and updating financial records for residents and customers and assisting with the efficient operation of the accounts payable and purchasing teams. This role also involves accurate and timely processing of large volumes of transactions according to strict schedules and is a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, purchasing and accounts payable
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of ERP/accounting systems
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work as an effective team member
• Ability to establish excellent working relationships with a broad cross section of internal and external customers
