Warren Averett is looking for an Experienced Accounting Professional for our Pensacola, FL office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of accounting experience participating in the month end close process.

Responsibilities

  • Strong general accounting experience including:
  • Bookkeeping
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Financial Statement preparation
  • Extremely strong knowledge of accounting software platforms (Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online, SpringAhead, Intact, etc)
  • Ability to train clients on systems
  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • At least 1 year of experience on a finance team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Candidates must be well organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in working with staff and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 per hour
