Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (International Artists)

A Little Bit About Our Team

Our International Marketing team sits at the core of everything we do when our amazing roster of International artists put their music out to the world. This specific role will support the Marketing Managers in our Inernational team who are focused on building audiences, converting listeners to fans, and ultimately increasing the consumption of music aross a wide array of artists.

We are looking for an energetic and efficient Coordinator who can deliver over and above support for our Marketing Managers. This role plays an integral part in the teams’ efforts to excel in the overall release strategy for our artists, while being pivotal to the communication and organisation of these strategies to all stakeholders.

You will be involved in the end to end campaign process for some of the biggest and hottest artists in the world. From Dua Lipa to Ed Sheeran, Lizzo to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cardi B to Tiesto; and everything in between. We value input, ideas, and execution from all team members and are looking for someone who is confident in contributing in this way.

You will be responsible for supporting the WMA International Marketing team in planning, implementing, and successfully executing on innovative Marketing strategies and plans for artists. This includes things like:

• Project Coordination & Communication
• Creative & Content Execution
• Financial Administration
• E-Commerce CoOrdination
• Digital Advertising
• Asset & Information Collation and ing

About You

• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, prioritization, and communication skills
• Tertiary qualified with 1+ years experience in a creative industry
• A music lover and knowledge of digital music platforms
• General administration experience
• Experience in contributing to and assisting in the development of marketing campaigns

It would be music to our ears if you also had:

• Music Industry or Label Experience
• Adobe Photoshop/Graphic Design Experience
• Data Analytical Skills
• Financial admin experience
