Opportunity Overview

The Job

Warner Bros. Features Finance team is responsible for the management and support of all WB UK Feature films made in the UK. Film Productions. The department is responsible for the budgeting and cost analysis of each production.

As Finance Analyst, you will assist in all aspects of physical production finance and provide administrative support to the VP and Finance Managers.

The Daily

• Responsible for processing pre-production & post payroll, accounts payable, petty cash, bank & SAP reconciliations, etc. as directed.
• Performs and maintains show set-up checklist, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Set-up systems: PAYE, HMRC access, FEU, purchasing cards.
• SAP development booking & WBPL recharges.
• Coordinate monthly VAT & GST returns.
• Provides general support for freelance accountants as needed.
• Handles administrative duties for supervisor’s desk, including: reports, contracts, coordinates travel and hotel accommodations; schedules meetings, screens calls, creates and maintains various files, schedules, records and logs, greets clients and executives.
• Performs research as requested (audits and SAP backup).
• Special projects and work as assigned by VP Physical Production Finance and Physical Production Finance Managers

The Essentials

• The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and possess superb communication skills.
• Research, translate and comprehend information related to feature film contracts and unions, both internationally and domestically.
• Organise, develop, compile, and disperse updated information in a timely manner.
• Communication, analytical, and computation skills are essential.
• Effective time management.
• Proficiency in computers and computer programs, i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, etc.

• Previous administrative experience
• Previous SAP experience
• Previous production finance experience
• Degree in finance/accounting or systems implementation
