Warming Trends, LLC Hiring for Senior Accountant Job at Englewood, CO Full Time

Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Accounting Manager will prepare financial reports and presentations, participate in audits, and lead the accounting team’s overall success. This position closely partners with cross-functional teams to support coordinating activities to align with Warming Trends strategic business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end, cash management, accruals, prepaids, etc.

§ Manage in-depth P&L, balance sheet analytics, inventory analysis and project-specific ROI providing reports to President & CRO

§ Oversee the accounting staff and accurate processing of all accounting transactions in accordance with US GAAP

§ Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements

§ Review monthly reconciliations and variance analysis

§ Opportunity to establish long-term growth plan for the department and processes

§ Collaborate with the President, CRO to assist with long-term planning and annual budget processes

§ Identify key areas of improvement to develop and implement financial controls

§ Prepare ad hoc reports as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

§ CPA preferred with 5+ years of experience in accounting.

§ Manufacturing industry experience preferred

§ Prior management experience preferred

§ Strong verbal and written communication skills

§ Advanced excel skills

§ Self-motivated mindset

§ Strong technical and analytic skills

COMPENSATION

§ Salary $90,000 to $110,000 depending upon experience; Annual Bonus; Company Sponsored Employee Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance with Employee Sponsored Premiums for Dependents; 401(k) with Match. Paid holidays, sick time, and vacation.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
