RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methodology to quote the service.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare weekly sales s for leadership.
• Identify and assess the customers’ needs by asking questions and offering appropriate services to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email, and texts.
• Build sustainable relationships by building trust through open and interactive communication.
• Document detailed electronic records of customer interactions, orders and any relevant information, in a timely manner, into the company CRM (or other approved tracking systems), for the efficiency of the Walters Services teams.
• As guided by leadership and standard operating procedures, handle customer service issues by providing solutions and/or resolutions for the customer or documenting and passing the customer successfully to the appropriate person in Operations or Finance.
• Perform all other duties as needed or requested to ensure the overall success of Walters Services, Inc.; such as sales calls, collection calls, billing, etc.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

● This is a full time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, 42 ½ hours a week, per work schedule and customer needs. A ½ hour lunch period is required but is not covered as paid time.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
