Our Technology and Digital Talent Development team’s mission is to build capabilities, skills, and tech communities of practice across the DPEP Technology & Digital organization enabling Cast members to grow and make business impacts through innovation and technology.

This role will deliver exceptional learning and development experiences to Cast Members with diverse skill development needs and will have 4-6 direct reports. Strong leadership will be critical to lead learning solution design, planning, and oversight of talent development program delivery performed by internal and vendor-led teams. This role also supports research and advisory services by providing insights on technology and digital industry trends.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills and knowledge that is broad and deep, covering various learning delivery methods, software, and platforms. The candidate must be comfortable operating in complex heterogeneous technology environments and have experience with delivering resilient and mission-critical solutions. This is a highly collaborative role where partnership and relationships with key stakeholders will be vital.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor, provide oversight and direction to all members of direct reporting team
• Meet with stakeholders, vendor partners and leaders on a recurring basis to review priorities, program execution and pertinent updates
• Effectively manage project/solution timeline and financials
• Resolve conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies
• Manage a variety of diverse – and sometimes conflicting – requests, priorities, and activities
• Champion best practices and strategic thinking for optimal Cast experience
• Identify, define, and analyze consumer and industry trends across major markets, including through third party research and analysis to inform strategic planning
• Develop roadmap, execution plans and delivery strategy for talent development solutions
• Maintain relationships with research and data providers (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
• Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes
• Pull and analyze data from internal (e.g., D Learn, SAP) and external systems (e.g., Service Provider Usage Data)
• Synthesize and create compelling, persuasive presentation materials to communicate key learnings and recommendations to senior-level executives

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills and ability to drive ideas into action
• Positive thinker with flexibility and ability to manage a team through changes in priority and strategic directions
• Outstanding multi-tasking, time management skills and teamwork capabilities
• Solid understating of project and program management principles
• Comfort level with complex, matrixed organizations containing a certain amount of ambiguity
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The position requires frequent communication with executives, colleagues and partners in several different geographic locations and time zones
• Must be detail-oriented, self-organized, committed to quality and capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
