Instructor – General Education (Philadelphia)

Walnut Hill College was founded in 1974 as The Restaurant School; the country’s first private college to focus on fine dining and luxury hospitality careers.

We are currently interviewing for General Education Instructors (FT/PT in the area(s) of Humanities, English, World and American Cultures, Social Media and Technology and Personal Finance. Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree or higher within the field of study. Flexibility in scheduling is required for PT employees. Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level is strongly preferred; familiarization with Schoology or other LMS is beneficial. Successful candidates will utilize current and creative methods for achieving course goals and learning outcomes. All instruction is on-ground; remote instruction is not available.

The College is seeking both full- and part-time instructors. Full time employees enjoy excellent benefits and an upbeat environment. Part time employees will instruct on a per-term basis with a competitive salary of $100 per contact hour.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
