Role: Contracts Procurement Project Manager

Location: Renton, WA – Remote

Type: Contract To Hire

Project Financial and Procurement support with Accounts Payable experience

• Review AT finance site for requests submitted for staff augmentation and project assignments. Validate all entries contain required data, including budget pre-approval, cost center, project number (if required), budget approval emails, SOWs.
• Review Resource Requests, validate all appropriate data is entered, ensure rationalization statements are in proper format.
• Prepare and submit Forms for budget approval on all AT financed projects and PO requests.
• Enter AT IQN staff augmentation and project assignment requests (with all required attachments) on behalf of AT hiring managers.
• Track all AT current requests through processing and approvals and update the tracking list on the AT finance site. Track IQN staff augmentation end dates and confirm with hiring managers.
• Prepare all documentation and approval documents for any AT non-IQN purchase order requests. Advise PM when ready for submission in Genesis.
• Assist in investigating supplier invoice/payment processing issues for AT.
• Provide analytical ing support for AT financials, including preparing basic queries and various analytical s from PowerBI.
• Prepare required journal entries for reclasses or other entries to the GL.
• Support project teams with the creation and tracking of Project budgets. Perform reconciliations and follow up to ensure issues are cleared.
• Monitor the Project Online Labor Sweep entries and postings. Identify issues and work with the Project Managers to ensure time sheets are entered.
• Build effective working relationships across AT and work collaboratively to deliver on business operations projects and deliverables.
• Assist in the development and support of standards and procedures for the financial plan, annual budget, and capital processes for AT.

Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
