Walker Media Hiring for Growth Marketing Specialist at Remote Full Time

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other ad accounts for a range of clients, from local companies and emerging businesses to large, publicly-traded enterprises. You will be tasked with driving growth and increasing engagement across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals
• Generate weekly and monthly analytics s and be able to articulate results
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Continuously test and experiment with new marketing channels and tactics to stay ahead of the curve
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience building and managing Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other ad accounts
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Excellent communication and high-level, client-facing interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong focus on accuracy while deploying high six-figure budgets
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
• Interest in the startup market, Web 3, and AI
• Proof of portfolio is required during the interview process
