About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Civil Site Supervisor with 2 years of field experience to

oversee day-to-day construction activities, labour coordination, and drawing-based

execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise daily site activities and labour workforce

 Read and execute architectural, structural & MEP drawings

 Coordinate with contractors and vendors

 Monitor work quality and progress

 Maintain site discipline and safety standards

 Assist in material tracking and usage monitoring

 Report daily progress to Project Manager

 Handle minor client interactions when required

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

 Ability to read MEP drawings

 Ability to read architectural & structural drawings

 Experience coordinating on-site labour

 Strong technical communication skills

 Client-facing knowledge

 Must own a two-wheeler

 Male candidate

Preferred Additional Skills

 Basic measurement and quantity calculation knowledge

 Understanding of construction sequencing

 Knowledge of finishing works (tiling, plastering, waterproofing, etc.)

 Ability to prepare daily progress reports

 Basic Excel knowledge

 Problem-solving ability on-site

Qualification

 Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering

 Site execution experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.
