Primary Function: To serve as guiding teacher for a class of up to 20 students from grades six to eight, to teach main lesson content and skills as appropriate, to coordinate with special subject teachers, to communicate with parents, to form and maintain a strong guiding relationship with each child in the class. Each middle school teacher holds one class grade, and offers two or three specialist blocks to all other grades, according to their expertise and training.

Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Education or any science field, and 24 months of experience in this role or in a related position. Must have prior Waldorf teaching experience. Must have completed coursework in Integrated Learning, Waldorf Curriculum Prep, Waldorf Methods Math & Language Arts. Job Location: Princeton, NJ.
