We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join Wakool Transport. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities across the United States, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to drive company growth.
With a strong focus on customer service, you will be the face of our company and a key player in building and maintaining relationships with our clients. You must be able to work independently and be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy. As you will be responsible for managing your own sales territory and pipeline.

Job Qualifications:
● A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred, although relevant experience maybe considered in lieu of a formal education.
● Previous experience in sales, preferable logistics industry or related field is preferred
● Knowledge of drayage or import/export business is preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● The ability to work independently and manage one’s own sales territory is important, as is the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
● A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for business purposes may also be required.
Job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
● Identify prospective clients by using business directories, generating new leads, participating in organization and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
● Cold-calling and visit prospective clients
● Answer customer’s questions about services, prices, availability, service uses and credit terms
● Compose proposals, quotations and other services related to US sea/air/land transportation logistics according to different customer situations.
● Recommend services to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
● Negotiates with tactical techniques to overcome objections
● Manages accounts by advising customers on billing processes, resolving inquiries, and entertaining customers
● Educating customers about our shipping solutions
● Qualifying prospects for size, complexity, and overall fit for our company
● Conduct performance s tracking target allocation and performance achievement
