You will take a proactive role in developing the function which includes systems development and business process review to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the OD function.
We are looking for an individual who strives to be innovative, creative and can challenge the status quo.
What we’re looking for:
a qualification at Level 5 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework, such as an HNC, Award, Certificate or Diploma at level 5 or equivalent in a relevant subject area;
experience of analysing data, drawing conclusions and making related recommendations;
experience of writing and presenting reports to senior managers; presenting data and analysis in a clear and concise manner; and
experience of software implementation, including change management.
