Pay Grade: Professional 3
This position provides Talent Acquisition consultation in support of assigned client bases’ business objectives.
Initiates and conducts meetings with new hires to sign paperwork and reviews candidate’s eligibility documents to support I-9 completion; completes electronic process for I-9 and E-verify in Onboarding system
Responds to candidate inquiries regarding applicant status and application process through email, walk-in, and phone
Performs data entry of employee records and builds appraisals in the electronic Performance Management system to ensure timely completion of new hire/new position/probationary (performance based) appraisal
Completes an annual applied benchmark project on an individual or group basis
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to collaborate and quickly develop strong relationships with customers
Ability to maintain confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to quickly and efficiently learn new software, processes, and systems
Understanding of employment laws related to ADA, EEO, and Title IV
Detail oriented and ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Three years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferences
Experience working with an applicant tracking system
