Set upWainwright Jewellers is expanding its customer care team and is looking to fill the permanent position of Sales Associate / Customer Care Specialist in Wainwright, Alberta.

Previous jewellery experience is not required, just a great attitude, a thirst for knowledge and the willingness to strive to be better than you were yesterday. Past retail sales, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred.

Our Work Hours:

Part-time: 24 – 32 hours per week

· 3 to 4 days per week.

· Monday to Saturday (No Sundays)

· 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.

Full-time: 32 – 40 hours per week

· 4 to 5 days per week.

· Monday to Saturday (No Sundays)

· 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.

What we look for:

· We are looking for a dynamic personality, not just a great resume.

· Jewellery sales experience is a plus – but not required.

· Experience in a sales or a customer service-focused role.

· Have some level of computer experience working with POS systems, including e-mail applications and word processing. Past work experience with MS Office, Adobe, or Corel would be a huge plus.

· Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone.

· Reliable and punctual.

· Strong work ethic.

· Have a high standard of personal accountability.
