Wahool Hiring for Customer Success Specialist /AM – TikTok Shop at United States Full Time

Wahool is an ecommerce dropshipping platform and comprehensive supply-chain solution that gives merchants the ability to easily import and sell in-demand fashion products from our robust product catalog without the need to stock inventory, handle shipping logistics/customer service. We strive to help fashion boutiques to accelerate their growth with our competitive wholesale prices, fast shipping, and streamlined order fulfillment.

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist /Account Manager to help our TikTok Shop Owners to accelerate the growth of their business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create training manuals / video tutorials around sales strategy, social selling techniques, content creation tips, etc.
• Manage the day-to-day communications with Shop Owners around logistics for shop setup & integration
• Host regular meetings with Shop Owners to review data and provide feedback
• Liaise between Shop Owners and internal teams to make sure product/technical issues are ed & resolved, in a timely manner
• Monitor sales and produce ing, on a regular basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent project management & analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-versed in social media (IG, Tiktok, Facebook, etc.) Experience with using TikTok to drive traffic and conversion via videos/livestreaming is a STRONG PLUS
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a strong plus
• Intellectually curious
• Bachelor degree or above
