An opportunity has become available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Internal HR Officer to join our Human Resources team, based just minutes from the Toowoomba CBD at our Wellcamp facility. This position requires an energetic, flexible and resourceful professional who will be an integral part of servicing the recruitment and general human resource requirements across Australia.

This position will have you involved in the implementation and delivery of recruitment plans by working closely with hiring Managers on staffing needs. With a strong focus on recruitment, you will also have exposure to other areas of general HR such as induction delivery, training, policy/procedure review and implementation, involvement in HR projects and general HR administration functions. This position is suited to a recent graduate or a passionate experienced recruiter seeking to further their portfolio.

About you

We are looking for a solutions focused individual who has energy and a passion for being creative, along with:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or Business) preferred or relevant experience
• Experience with high volumes of recruitment
• Superior communication and organisational skills
• Emotional resilience and composure under pressure
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Flexible in your approach and have the ability to work in a sensitive manner to ensure confidentiality
• The ability to balance multiple tasks within agreed time frames and priorities
• Current car licence
