What we need

We are in need of a talented B2C Appointment Setter. This person will be tasked with following up/reaching out with leads who have come into our sales funnels, filled out applications, but did not schedule zoom meetings. These leads will be sent directly to your phone through an automated call tracking system with the objective to have them schedule a zoom meeting with one of our closers. This person is able to communicate with warm leads who are on the fence about booking a zoom meeting. This person is able to sell warm leads into scheduling zoom meetings with our closing team.

The person in this role loves to communicate with other people, learn about individual needs, and help warm leads make the right decisions. This person is comfortable working from home, handling dozens of phone calls per day, and selling the next step of our lead generation process (zoom meeting with our closing team). This person is ambitious, a self-learner, and always striving to hit KPI goals. This person is a team player, self-accountable, and loves putting in the work to earn more.

Responsibilities

• Sell warm leads to schedule zoom meetings with our sales team
• Handle daily phone calls with warm leads and convert into hot leads
• Expert in the details of our program/partnership offerings
• Professional communication with our internal opps team
• Effectively communicate using phone and email

Skills/Requirements

• Prior appointment setting training or experience
• Experience converting leads into zoom meetings with sales teams
• General knowledge of the digital marketing space
• Knowledge of setter sales tactics and strategies

Compensation

$25-$40/hr
