This supervisory position is responsible for performing Human Resource-related recruiting duties to support the Organization’s employment initiatives in all departments. This position will be responsible for overseeing and fulfilling Recruiting and Onboarding needs.

Here is what you can do for Wabash Center:

• Lead and manage talent acquisition functions and personnel

• Schedule and conduct interviews for various positions across the Organization

• Work with managers to discuss hiring needs and follow up regularly to determine effectiveness of recruiting plan

• Write and place job opening advertisements as necessary

• Utilize social media to attract talent to support present and future Organization needs

• Represent Wabash Center at various recruiting events/job fairs

• Source candidates through a variety of methods

• Conduct phone screens with qualified applicants for all open positions

• Conduct background and reference checks

• Track employee referrals and notify appropriate personnel of payouts when applicable

• Prepare and conduct new employee orientation sessions

• Continually track, measure, evaluate and audit recruiting techniques to monitor and analyze effectiveness and update processes as needed

• Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all personnel

• Stay current with best practices, emerging trends, and compliance in recruitment and onboarding initiatives

• Have 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
