VueReal Hiring for Semiconductor Process Engineer- Wet Process at Waterloo, ON Full Time

As a Semiconductor Process Engineer, you will be involved in processes related to chemical etching, wafer cleaning, chemical treatment, and lift off. Your work quality will define the yield and quality of finish devices.

YOUR 3-month Milestones

You can comfortably and safely do a variety of wet etching

You can perform Metal lift off with low to no defects

You can prepare setup and perform sample cleaning at different stages

YOUR 12-month Milestones

Understanding and learning other related processes,

Providing feedback and initiating programs to improve the bonding process,

Exploring new bonding materials

TOOLs/Skills you need for your role:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant topics (nanotechnology, electronics, physics, chemistry, material science)

Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics

Basic understanding of process equipment

Basic understanding of semiconductor processes

TOOLs/Skills that are helpful for your role:
Experience in wafer cleaning and lift-off process

Familiarity with acid and hf wet processes

Experience in process characterization
