VueReal Hiring for Semiconductor Process engineer-Lithography and Patterning at Waterloo, ON Full Time

As a Semiconductor Process Engineer, you will be involved in processes related to photoresist development, mask development, patterning and development.

YOUR 3-month Milestones

Successful execution of litho process on different wafers and different resist materials with high quality and no defects

familiarity with the VueReal process

Ability to maintain and control process parameters

YOUR 12-month Milestones

Improve the overall Litho process to reduce the time and improve the process yield

Provide constructive feedback on our current process,

Able to explore new litho techniques and successfully merge them into our existing processes,

Able to perform challenging litho processes with critical dimension size

TOOLs/Skills you need for your role:
Master’s Degree in relevant topics (nanotechnology, electronics, physics, chemistry, material science)

Experience of lithography

Good understanding of layout design

Experience in characterization and inspection

Knowledge of semiconductor process steps

Working experience in a cleanroom environment for lithography
