Position: Business Development Executive (Only Female) (NIGHT SHIFT)
Vrundaz Technology is currently seeking a Business Development Executive (Night Shift Only Female) to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in business development, and a strong understanding of sales strategies.
Job description:
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
> Freshers and experienced can apply.
> Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
> Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
> Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
> Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
> Building business relationships with current and potential clients
> Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
> Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
> Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
Requirements and skills:-
> Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role
> Proven sales track record
> Experience in customer support is a plus.
> Basic knowledge of sales & services
> Computer skills
> Collaboration skills
> Negotiation & Persuasion skills
> Market knowledge
> Time management and planning skills
