VR Cabinetmakers is seeking an individual with experience in construction accounting and billing.
Responsibilities:
- Input data into QuickBooks
- Manage project billing in Innergy ERP software
- Weekly payroll
- Account payable / receivable
- Cash flow projections
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction accounting and billing
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with QuickBooks and G702/703 billing
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
